I knew Steve was the father because they have same exact face. But people look like their uncles as well, so its hard to tell based on the appearance

This really hit home. I'm 60 years old, and two and a half years ago, while doing DNA testing to help my Sister find her father's family (we had been told that another man was her father), we discovered that all three of my Sisters were actually half-Sisters, and my older half-Brother was my Cousin, but their half-Brother, which could only have meant one thing - the man that I grew up believing to be my Uncle, was actually my Father. Shocked to the core, I contacted my 'Cousin', who agreed to be tested and, sure enough, she turned out to be my half-Sister.

Of course, by this time, my Mother, my 'Father', and my 'Uncle' were all dead, so we'll never know the full story, but the Sisters that I grew up with have turned out to be my half-Sisters, and my Cousins, at the same time. A truly confusing situation. This late in life, we just operate the way we always have. My Sisters remain my Sisters, and my Cousins remain my Cousins (although one of my younger 'Cousins' who was accustomed to calling me by my first name, now that she knows the truth of the relationship has taken to adding Uncle)... 🙂

During Ultrasound they always told him the baby was a girl and then came out a boy. This made me lough. 😂😂

This is messy but the way they went about it is disturbing when she mentioned her connection to her sister felt broken because they may no longer have the same parents..that shouldn't be a issue your siblings are your siblings no matter how many parents you share and her dad has been her dad her whole life there was really no need for a switch up

It doesn’t matter if they’re full sisters or half-sisters/full cousins. They’re still sisters above everything else. And cousins who are close are very much more sisters and brothers.
