Drew's concept and design is so elegant and classy. Jonathan's is so vibrant and colorful. I love the view in each room from Jonathan and also the view of pool from the living room is a topnotch. Job well done to both of them.

I hate the staging in both houses, it was too busy, a lot of unnecessary furniture and colors . It really took away from showing these two beautiful homes

I love Vegas vibe and the smart choice of staying under budget, however the other property had very lovely colors in decor, rather simplistic!

Jonathan's house looks like it is in Paradise Palms. The only issue with palms in Las Vegas is the wonderful wittle mexican scorpion.

You know I think the houses that you do her great but in a house if I was to get a house I would like a historic house with built-ins you know built in shelves and the ceiling beams would be nice that great big wide staircase

I get bad allergies when I go to Las Vegas, does that make me allergic to Las Vegas ?? 😎The twins not only look alike, they Sound alike ! Maybe no bones were found, but surely they found lots of old shoddy construction huh?

Ig American like colours😅 for me his deco was more a trend in early not really a mid century European style but it must be attractive to Americans. But I absolutely liked it, its still verry well executed. The other house was just too much classic which in general is more of Americans taste but ig I was wrong😁, his design is much more closer to the design in Europe, it's more dark and luxurious than colourful, mid-century for us is more classic than those bubbly colours.

First house - the living room and dining looks like a dungeon, far to crowded and dark. The backsplash in the kitchen and the light fixtures are horrible, the main bathroom is just as terrible. The colors don't match, the décor doesn't match throughout the house... It looks like it's been furnished with mismatched pieces someone got from relatives.
Second house - wrong size furniture for the living room, it needs bigger pieces. Less colors in that area would be better. Overall, though, it's a more cohesive design and that outside space is amazing.

to be honest there was a very easy way to solve the garage door problem... all he needed to do was pour a little ramp connecting it to the higher ground so the entrance would have been totally seamless.
I think the staging licking all the other American shows that I watch is absolutely atrocious because everything is just filled to the brim with stuff and more stuff and more useless stuff

The problem with both brothers is that all their shows are fake, won't never watch HGTV again! Every thing is FAKE
