4 Phase Hang Clean Progression.

Phase 1: RDL/Hinge. Unlock knees. Push hips backward. Chest & eyes forward.

Phase 2: Power Shrug (from hang). Keep the bar close. Knuckles to the floor. Get tall.

Phase 3: High Pull (from hang). Keep the bar close. Knuckles to the floor. Pull tall.

Phase 4: Full Hang Clean. Put it all together. Punch elbows through and open hands. Stand up. (Need more hip extension in the video)
