Business Requirements For Business Analysts

There are business requirements and then there are GOOD business requirements.

There are many ways of structuring business requirements, but producing good business requirements takes some planning, experience, and effort.
In this video, I provide an overview of some of the key characteristics of good business requirements.

This is not an exhaustive list of characteristics, but these are the top 4 things I strive to design into my requirements when I'm on a project.

Emal going forward could also give examples when you cover certain BA terms. For example, don't just talk about "certain elements" or "sources" or "risks" and "risks mitigation", but also gives examples and context in different industries. You can actually do a case study sort of video. Where you give an example of what the project was, what was the actual risk in terms of scope, schedule, and budget. This will make it more clear for us. I am the guy who does not work with abstracts. That does not fuel my learning. I actually get lost and not find such lectures interesting.
Your videos are a lot more specific than others but a little bit more is needed. This will make you our dearest BA instructor. :)
