I did some research on this video and it actually is fake. The Woolshed company based in Australia said it created the video using digital editing software. You can look up the details on snopes. That bear doesn't even live in that region of Japan at Hakuba47 winter sports park

This video and 7 others were part of a social experiment a while ago. This could very well happen in real life though. Another one of the videos of a guy fighting off a great white in Sydney Harbour was intense! I could barely watch it because of how frightening it was even though I knew it was fiction. 😂😂
