I wish players could turn off the blue dot on the map so you can disappear into the wilderness like Billy the Kid. Always being highlighted breaks the game for me. Other online players can be jerks and ruin the experience, it would be nice to be able to get away from them.

This works 99% of the time and is very useful.

If you are going for legendaries then put your camp kind of close to the spawn and do the glitch. Every time I got it to work I have seen a legendary.

I've been doing this change appearance thing for the past couple weeks to make long distant trader deliveries, works everyday for at least until I finish the delivery, sometimes a little longer but not much. on xbox-s
Unless I'm in a cool down, the delivery route takes me by where 2-3 legendary animals are (depending on the destination) and I'm able to stop the wagon when I hear it, whistle for my horse, go to the yellow "?" get the legendary and leave it on my horse, get back on the wagon, leave my horse standing there and finish the delivery, horse and legendary is there when delivery is finished. Been able to keep my hunting wagon full of legendary animals, just one almost fills cripps up

You could just change MTU settings to 700 or 630, 1500 is default. Works 100% of the time and you have free roam with the map, no time limit

What for me that is sad it 90% of players cry out that the game is unplayable as is and need a solo lobby then 10% cant see the problem STILL NOTHING IS BEEING DONE ABOUT IT!!

If people will notice no-one is posting these types of videos about solo sessions anymore, Why because people you are entering a platform network called a launcher and doing all this shall we say bull running here or running there then entering change Appearances in the lobby and entering right back into the game right away does nothing to making your new session less likely or more likely to repopulate right away, but will always waste your time in doing all that running around. When players enter the change Appearance in the lobby and re-enter the game right away it always puts them in an unpopulated session for 5 to 10 minutes sometimes more, but that new session you are in will always re-populate in time. Sometimes your new session will stay that way longer if you are playing at later hours and turning off your player indicator (The Blue Dot) makes it harder for hacks to pin- point your location play smarter not harder people.

Just change the MTU to 850. Always solo when MTU is lowered just have to remember to turn it back to 1500 if you play other online games like cod pubg or Fortnite. But if you play RDO lower the MTU

This is stupid that you can't get in a private server as much problem as they have with griefing and B's I just started today and already had someone exploding me and my horse.. I kept getting blown up before I could even exit the game this is ridiculous and I'm not looking forward to future games with this kinda nonsense oh and now them doing that set my hostility on high and I can't change it this is dumb

I appreciate the effort bro but, a slight criticism. Instead of all the verbiage on ‘solo lobby’, just explain step by step the method to get there. Clear and concise works much better and you don’t get people lost in translation. Or having to re-watch the video 4 times to grasp the concept.
