We've had a trusty Hawkins 3litre stainless stovetop pressure cooker for a $100 from India for over 5years now - the only 15psig unit on the market - the others are 11psig or less. Made in India, old school, simple and reliable; no bells or whistles or fancy electronics. But you have to know how to operate it safely. Nut on the lid needs tightening once in a while - a monkey spanner wont do it; use the proper size box spanner. The pressure weight internals needs to be cleaned of accumulated oil and minute solids that come up with vented steam. Cooks tough meat cuts and beef bones in half and hour. Shame you dont have this on this video.
