It would be good to know what is the heating element and the heating method in the electric cooker. The conventional heating coil method is highly power consuming whereas the induction heating method is highly energy efficient. Are there any electric cookers that work on the induction heating method?

I have the Instant Pot 6 qt. Absolutely fantastic machine and very convenient to use. The lack of Indian presets is not a big factor when rice cooks in 3 minutes, chicken in 5-6 minutes, veg curries in 5 minutes, etc. Very quick and easy. Would highly recommend.

In Bangalore 3 litre Instant pot is not available. We are a senior citizen pair. Should I go for 6 litre one.
Is there any minimum portion in pot, as our requirements may not fulfill it in 6 litre pot

Further to your statement in your video that geek is having 450....service centres all o er PAN India, i bring to your notice that the company will provide sevice person only on electrical complaints not for the leakage/burst ofsteam/water from the cooker. Since I am aggrieved by their product and the customer care person pooja said this to me, when I am struggling with the above problem and still it is not resolved.
