I think this is Fortnite's way of making a character whose face is completely burnt and disfigured.

Doctor doom is not black, his face is very messed up. The mask was put on him before it even cooled (they forged it then immediately put it on him while it was still extremely hot) which basically burned and destroyed his face. So yeah, he’s not actually black

Clever idea making it kinda accurate to the comics.
Except it’s not dr doom is supposed to have a horrid scarred face.

BTW one time I was playing the days of doom LTM and i was using The Visitor skin but I was on The Henchmen side so I Picked up the Artifact and became doom and for some reason he was unmasked I was confused to see his head without his mask. Unfortunately I filmed the gameplay without the Transformation but I will publish it Soon…
