Set up and deploy D365 on-premises environments PU 10.0.29

This is the third time in 3 years that I'm recorded/edited this video, it's quite a complex installation and I don't use my mother language

Hi, using the configuration accordingly, can we create an environment with a different number of AOS and Orch than in the guide, such as 1 or 2 AOS instead of 3? Is this at all possible?
