There are some really good Asian foo places too. I wasn't really expecting that in Austin, but if you look around there are some excellent places that locals know about.
So true on the traffic. Austin just wasn't prepared for its success with roads. I hope they do not destroy the west side of town to put more roads in however. The west side is so green and hilly, it's very nice to drive around.

Great video. Totally agree with what you said about the politics. It's MUCH different from California. The roads, the traffic, and the sweltering summers are the 3 biggest downsides.

Possibly moving there in 1 year looking for a 1700 to 2000 single story price point 300 to 400 . Retired so schools are not super important. Where would you recommend ?
