First off, thank you for ALL your videos. Being raised by my daddy, makeup wasn’t apart of my upbringing. I didn’t start trying makeup until I was 27. I love how much I’ve learned thus far from you. I do have a question - my waterline doesn’t hold eyeliner. I’ve tried so many different eyeliners that claim to not come off and within minutes mine is gone. Any advise?
