I love how he used the term “jaws of life” bc I think of the actual device bringing life to you— saving you. But he used it as if you’re being crushed by the jaws of life, and all that life throws at you.

This new album was such a departure from their old work that it took me a few listens for it to really grow on me. But wow now that ive had time its easily my favourite album of theirs. Something about it just feels so much more raw and intimate

This song gets me in the feels in every possible way. This whole album is beautiful. You can really tell that they have their sound and they stick to it. This album feels like all albums combined into one and it makes me very happy. I was 15 when I first found them and I’ll be 25 this year which is crazy to me.
