Hisense has been making some killer TVs lately. I’ve had a U8H for over a year now and it’s been great. These newer TVs gotta be even better.

Good review on the U8N, MiniLED has come a long way since tcl did it on the 6 series. I would not own a main home theater tv if it is not miniled or OLED

never owned a Hisense. but if one was to get a 100" tv, this is your best option. Amazing how TV's have gotten so large, bright and cheap. imagine what a 100" tv would cost 10 or 20 years ago? I don't think you could buy one 20 years ago, if you could if would be a few hundred grand, Sony sold a 100" for $60k 7 years ago. now you can get a 98" Tcl for about $2k. The tax alone of a $60k set would be about $3, 600, which is over double what the average price is.

I just bought a 65" U8N and can't seem to get rid of the stuttering/juddering (not sure of difference) when watching streaming apps. I am using an Apple TV 4k, swapped out HDMI cable for a faster one, turned off noise reduction, and have my Apple TV set to match frame rate and it still seems to stutter/judder slightly. Seems like a good TV, but how do other people get around this issue?

Seems to have quite a few reflections from light in your video. I see a lot of reviews saying it’s great with glare control and reflections due to its brightness but I’m not convinced. Could you speak to your experience? I really need a tv that can handle natural light from windows that shine directly at the tv. I can’t hang the tv in a different area due to the size of my space. Thanks!

I've been a Hisense guy for a few years now. Starting with the H9G. I purchased the U8K at 65 inches which I am pretty pleased with but I am considering purchasing the U8N at 75 inches next. Does anyone have both; if so, can you tell the difference in picture quality between the two?

Thanks. Assume I can keep Google OS and add YouTube TV as a viewing option. Also double checking that I can easily stream from iPhone as long as on same WiFi network

I heard the 75 inch has an ips pro panel wich is different from the va panel on the other sizes, does it make a big difference??

I had the U8H for a year until an accident, broke the screen. So now I have the U8K. i will definitely say the little update dose makes a difference in how it looks in terms of picture wise.

Just want to point out that the LDZ on the 65” and 85” are less than the 75”. The 75” is also an Ads/IPS TYPE PANEL VS VA for the other sizes.

I had this tv, big disappointment was after an lg oled. Luckily, it had some dead pisels and strange shadows on the panel, so i exchanged back for an lg c4. Im happy with the c4. It was an extra £ 1000, but the lg much better.
