Moving Power - Episode 9 Season 2 - Agrarian Skies: Hardcore Quest

In this episode, I make my power mobile, build some Thermal Expansion infrastructure, and finish off some quests.

Agrarian Skies: Hardcore Quest is a Minecraft gamepak by Jadedcat, available on the Feed the Beast launcher. As the sole survivor of a cataclysm you must rebuild and repopulate the planet while defeating minions of darkness that leak through from the nether realms. You start with nothing, and must create an entire world's worth of materials to reboot your civilization.

Forget everything you know about Minecraft. This no mere modpack, but a full-on gamepack. No vanilla tools. Starvation is a real threat. Food needs that cannot be solved by planting three wheat. Try not to die in a new way to play from the depths of Jadedcat's twisted mind. This world might not want you dead, but it will giggle like mad if you die.

Great video, I've never put the harvester like that before, I always put it down below and let some other type of tree grow up into the blood wood. You could always put a furnace generator over by it and feed the blood wood into it for power so it's self powering redstone farm.

Mentat you can use bonemeal in the biofuel reactor :) also a good extra boost is using mushrooms gathered from a harvester over a witch water farm :)

Fantastic video, as always.  Your hard work is appreciated.  Two things I would like to mention as far as gameplay.  

First, have you considered Garden Soup as a food source?  It can be made from just carrots, and 7 carrots turn into 12 Hunger and 4.8 Saturation, compared to 14 Hunger and 0.8 saturation from Carrot Juice.  If you have sufficient mushrooms, you can use those with Potatoes to make Vegetable Soup as an even greater early-mid game food.  Of course, with your toast farm you are probably just getting to the point to make soups unnecessary.  

Second, in your first season you voided extra armor from your mob farm.  If you pipe the gold, iron, and chain into a smeltery, the amount of metal it gives is surprisingly large (chain gives steel!).

Hey love your vids. FYI to the AG sky players, you can make bread and toast from potatoes. Turn them into flour then into dough, and cook the dough.

you got one wrong thougt regrading the biofuel production
your using one of every plant in the bottom slots everytime your producing biofuel. the efficienty is for all of them at once - NOT per plant!
so your getting 275/5 per plant :)

You don't have to replace the hopper, just use the wrench (Crescent Hammer) it works (: I like your intelligence on this map with these mods

I have been having an awful day due to a really bad nose bleed however you made my day just that much better :-) Also you mentioned doing a minimal nether challenge which is cool I am trying to do a No nether challenge what so ever but since 3.0 of ag skies jadded added that one quest where you had to actually go to certain coords in the nether which is a nice idea it kind of ruins my play style not sure weather to just auto complete it or actually do it whats your thought?

Any chance I can get some help with this really stupid and annoying bug iv had on this map, when ever I sieve a item it will de-sync my game completely so nothing I do counts any more I cant even pick up items, its literally made it so I either cheat in auto clickers or just dont play at all
