Hey but for more important news if you spread your legs standing touching the bottom bone of your spin stay Bent over move side to side slowly bending back up slowly moving a moderate amount you'll notice as you slowly go up which should be slowler then moving side to side but side to side should also be quite slow anyways you'll notice if you follow your spin upwards with your hand s your moving a different part each time going threw every part don't crack anything just do that until you get like 70% the way up then just hold your arms straight in like semi triangles move left to right then hold your arms up move left to right then move your head and neck left to right do cervical neck roll thats complete movement and spin excerise don't look for cracks you shouldn't even get any besides cervical neck roll
