While this has wow factor, I worry about readability and team interaction. Deciphering the exact meaning of each ligature could be an issue for the un-indoctrinated.

I heard, changing your key words and font to TRADITIONAL CHINESE is supposed to increase efficiency. Maybe try it in the next video

another good font with ligatures (if you want them) is Iosevka, plus you can create your own build of Iosevka (while I don't think you can with Fira Code)

For people that don’t understand this, it is NOT EQUAL it is essentially != combined into one. It does not display for others when you do them as far as I know and only displays like this for people that have it enabled.

It will go back to != if someone sees the code and doesn’t have this enabled.

the only problem is if the code is used by multiple people or open source and anybody does not know the ligatures it will confuse them

so for these reasons do not use ligatures

I was told, that i should stay with my default editor font as children in poor countries don't have fonts.
