1997: Princess Diana Behind the Scenes: 'I'm not a political figure, I am a humanitarian figure'

To commemorate the Princess of Wales on the 25th anniversary of her passing, ITN Archive is presenting a series of clips covering her years of public service between 1980 and 1997.

This clip is taken from the unedited footage – or rushes – of an interview between Diana and ITN's Steve Scott in Angola in January 1997. The Princess of Wales was there with the Red Cross, who were working to clear landmines planted during the Angolan Civil War.
