@hellthyjunkfood for the sandwiches they use buttermilk batter with alot of herbs has like a mustardy smell and the flour has a levening agent to make the crust light and crispy and hand breaded with a brioche bun spicy mayo is really just cayenne pepper and blue plate mayo heavy duty. Worked at popeyes so trust me i know thanks dont mess it up lol
