It’s weird when you hit a certain age your ability to run changes, your stride starts to shorten and you lose your spring. I’m 58 and was always a fast sprinter, but now I run like ( boris Karloff). Great to see Mike doing what he loves, but even an all time great is up against it in their late 50s
