The answer is simple BS windows are shit. I've started exchanging my Windows. Now one room has two windows one normal UK made double glazing installed 3years ago and one I just changed to 90's technology isoplast4000. BS window starts to build up condensation inside when 5degC. Isoplast when -5degC and has the same amount of condensation with BS window(+5degC) when -13degC. BS window is completely covered with condensation at -4degC. When -1degC it's pretty cold 1m away from BS window. You can't feel cold next to isoplast till about -10degC. BS window need a new hinge within 6mths from new, because it stopped sealing and have had 5mm gap in hinge corner. Installer didn't even bother to use expanding foam, therefore there was a lot of cold bridging all over the window frame. I got to point out I've had to import isoplast because isoplast seller in UK tried to sell isoplast4000 as novelty and charged 2x then UK brand . Imported delivered from central Europe cost me 4x less and my new Windows now open to inside which is correct for retaining heat and proper air circulation.
