The absolute premium keycaps you would want are cerakey keycaps. They are so good and creamy and they come in the white you want and RGB goes through the keycaps as well like you want

Lowe's is a straight drive down Corbin, from Rinaldi to Nordhoff. They have spacers, or you could get a 3D printer and never have to run out for plastic hardware

Hey Ed, keyboard enthusiast here. Not many companies make premium backlit key caps. I personally don’t use any but have gotten a few for my friends. Razer phantom keycaps are pretty sick and stealthy and will also not break the bank. Domikey Ghost are another cool option but you’d have to get that on the aftermarket. Tai Hao also has a good selection of backlit options. Finally I think Keysterine which are translucent on drop could be an interesting option as well
