Change my mindset: instead of „i become the healthiest“ to „i stick to my workout“

Step 1: find an activity I love, write a list of what intrigues me and reflect afterwards
-> when something found write out what i love about it to keep motivated

Step 2: start slow and only add up when the habit becomes natural

Step 3: make it a ritual: go there, get coffee after, go though park;
yoga at home, matcha, read/journal afterwards
-> something i enjoy afterwards

Step 4: discipline
- see it as an act of self love, i am showing up for myself, i am worth to show up, keep my word
