Fixing SolidWorks slower performance and edge highlighting problem in Solidworks

In This video I have shown how to fix the problem of slow performance of SolidWorks If you have not specified high Graphics in laptop or computer. If you are using Intel HD 4000 graphics or new It will works. Thank you .

FYI, there are few solutions that I've found it in a forum: (both ways don't work in my case)
1. System option > File location > Folders: delete both files > Show folders for: Reference Documents
2. System option > External References > Search external references in: (Tick) Reference Documents specified in File Locations (Untick) Include sub folders

Easy and nice demonstration.. It worked for my pc. I have some questions what actually happens when we changes that hexadecimal number ?? And why we have to chanage to 09 only and not any other number ??

But i hv questions by changing the workgrounds value it doesn't change for intel graphics while using other applications right..

I mean this value changing must be applicable *only* for solid workks right..?

While using other applications like games, , etc intel graphics workgrounds will be default right..?
