Yup. the main dangers of AI are: misinformation, displacing jobs and the massive energy requirements of using an LLM for every mundane decision you're faced with. Less importantly: people who don't understand how LLMs work are trusting them way too much. I've heard work colleagues who work in a very specialized expert field site chatgpt as a source on a call with clients or colleagues. It's genuinely horrifying to imagine the decisions that are largely being left up to something that's essentially autocorrect on steroids.

I find it super scary how on point this is. The point about how current tech companies are the first to make a non polluted ai training algorithm giving them a massive advantage over all future newcomers is thought provocative and accurate.
