Same for Florida. Always Get your license and don’t get caught doing side work, there’s a checkmark box on the application for your license in Florida asking if you ever got caught unlicensed contracting. Break the rules and then ask them to give you a license? I don’t know if that works, I didn’t do it that way.

Every tech in Florida does side work...that will never cease...as long as people are cheap and want to keep hiring unlicensed guys..well they’ll get what they pay for. Without a license you have no rights in court if someone rips you off.

How can anyone find out where to apply for a contractors license from this video? You just say "do it because otherwise your garbage". Where do you go to find the application what are the requirements? Clearly you hired someone to do the paper work for you. "Watch a 30 video series to find out the rest, so I can get views". Thanks for nothing. You not helping people who have skills but don't know where the applications are, so they are left to make ends meet how they can.
