Most of them would still support Trump if he was the nominee, but only DeSantis had to look first to make sure others had already raised their hands. How pathetic..

Why would we need a strong republican party? They will anyway stand for yesterday's failed policy. We need a strong Democratic party and an even stronger Social Democratic party.

Corporate interest that support Trump are just as authoritarian as he is. The GOP problem runs much deeper than just the public figures corporate interest finance. Not unlike this media company here, sadly. Corporations are not Democracies. They're authoritarian dictatorships. And that's how they see US politics should be too.

Keep that in mind always.

It was fun watching GOP candidates talk about who’s going to lose to Trump.

And let's not ignore/forget a very important point.

When those candidates who raised their hands, THE AUDIENCE CHEERED!!!!

THIS IS WHAT WE'RE UP AGAINST!!!!

We not only have presidential candidates that would support Trump, after all he's done and been indicted for, BUT ACTUAL

What are we doing

We don't need a strong republican party. I would be happy if they fall into disarray and split up. A weak republican party would help the country.

If you watched Republicans responses to that debate and who their favorite was they generally said something like "they said what I wanted to hear, but they didn't talk about the reality I didn't want to hear about." It doesn't generally end well when an entire major party decides in unison that reality is too difficult and they are just gonna pretend it doesnt exist, particularly when they all threw out climate change(except Asa who raised his hand) and were asked in a way to remind them most young people think the #1 issue of our lives is climate change.

Their party is still shrinking, and we may have even seen it begin to fracture last night.

I didn't watch it. It would be like attending a cult session. I have zero interest in a laundry list of fascist lies, and blatant denial of basic facts and truths.

I don't trust any of these people as a vice president candidate.

I would be interested in a Newsom - Haley competition in 2028. If they were both able to rebuff the extremes of their parties. Heavier lift for Haley, but still would be interesting.

America does not need a stronger Republican party; it needs a new second party.

They weren't raising their hands. Or running for President. They were saluting the Dear Leader and hoping they would be blessed by serving as VP. And then they too can get lynched... smdh

Talk about the B Team, the Republican party cannot attract good talent.
