SMA Syndrome (English)

Superior mesenteric artery, the second branch of aorta arising anteriorly. In between the aorta and SMA, the deudunem is crossed, if the distance between SMA and aorta (or the angle) is too small, the deudunem will become obstructed or narrowed causing fullness and vomiting. Ultrasound roll in its diagnosis is very much helpful.
