These kids need boundaries too. They need to feel heard, they need to feel understood and accepted for who they are. They also need to feel like they have some things that are just their own. They need meaningful time with their parents independently. If the parents don’t provide anything positive to their lives emotionally (and meaningful) then these kids will not respect there parents when the law is laid down. There is no balance in this house
