Love the first house it's cute on the color combinations and love the spaceous laundry room too. Second one is a bit tricky, the off white is tricky though the lighting is good.

The second house is cute ikiwa safi. Third house us a no for me kwa tiles. I look for security, water, its should be near my church, supermarket, Alex's school and nit far from town

Weuh 40 is a bit high, i also prefer landlord house's so when you are in a fix you can talk to them, the sec house the white color is popping 🥰 although the bedroom ain't spacious this was so informative 😊 house no 3 naah the tiles hahahah

Ata mimi i prefer dealing with landlord directly than agent. The first house for me😍, imenice sanaa everything nimependa ata hizo zingine sa sikua naona lol😂. Hio yenye iko open kichen pia not bad but those tiles no way for me. Life is expensive weh. Was nice house hunting with you.

Hiyo loo ni chafu mwanadada bt u can always clean it before you move in lol bt the balcony is Soo big aki...I love the house yenye Iko na light n it's 5pm aki us YouTubers can enjoy filming sana..I live in a house of agents I used to hate them bt imgn I got the best agents ever they DNT stress us at all imgn 😊😊😊 rent wameongeza kill mahali ata kwetu they added 2k Nairobi has become Soo expensive aki yes we enjoyed I prefer kueka vitu zangu finished means u ow nothing ukifuzwa unatoka bila anything 😅😅

I prefer the 1st house...only that it's a bit pricey and I love the modern finish...am also a person who loves to deal with the landlord and not an agent coz weee hao watu husumbua sana...I also look for safety and where the house has alot of water...

The first house is beautiful but the price is overwhelming 😢. Right now the real estate market is suffering. People arent buying houses like that.
