Sahi kaha bhai.. Exams nahi hone chahiye.. Aur har college me Engineering, travelling, photography, mbbs, arts, commerce, .. Sabki multiple choices honi chahiye uske hisaab se fees.. Eg: I want Engineering and travelling.. So accordingly I ll pay the fees.. Aur har college me sports mandate hona chahiye..
