Mystery Rope Entangles Seal

This rope has been a persistent issue for our seals and us for years, and we've even named it the Skeleton Coast Mystery Rope. We haven't been able to determine its origin or purpose. It's unclear whether a container of this rope was lost at sea, posing a threat to more seals and marine animals, or if it's being used on a fishing vessel, with the crew needing a reminder that littering is illegal. If you have any information, please let us know.
