Nothing like putting your hands on your own machine. Great job.

One of your best pieces of film making to date.

I have a 1988 Honda Shadow that has made me remember some of the things I forgot about keeping an older bike on the road and chalking up miles.

So cool. From someone who struggles to change a light bulb, my cap is well and truly doffed.

Your film... yes that's what it is... you shoot, talk, mix, edit, direct and produce your video... I see film. A short story of passion, love, spice and joy. That one rusty non stock screw you re-installed is golden. Your wisdom talking about Grand paw, speaking about our worth verses what others might think and sharing what we know as viewers... your bike is old, clunky, worn but like your Grand paw we have worth. Your video does that. Your film. You.

As a woman rider, I’m slightly annoyed that this channel isn’t getting backed by YouTube and exposed to millions of viewers the way others are that haven’t put in the time, commitment or outstanding content! You are amazing. You inspire me every day to hop on my bike and go find some mountains. As a cruiser rider, it doesn’t bother me at all to miss out on those dirt roads....I’ll get on them eventually....being under the sky, within the wind, embraced by hot and cold alike, that’s why we ride. And you keep me there when I can’t be. Thank you!

To all the other viewers out there, like this video, subscribe to this channel, comment below for this gal that gives us so much!

So well said ... there's a pride that lingers when all your unsure, untrained efforts and thoughts go into a project knowing you will learn something along the way. You said it so eloquently. I truly enjoyed it all!

What a great video. Great therapy for times like this. This year is my buddies last year on two wheels as he just turned 73. Planning at trip from here in CO to the wine country, redwoods and crater lake in July. Until things return to normal, I have channels like yours. This really brings together your many talents and passion for motorcycles. Thanks for what you do!

Very well done Amanda. My first bike was a Honda CB 650 Custom with that four carb arrangement. A real pain!!! Though less so in the winter when I had time and needed a cabin fever break...when I enjoyed working on it. Not unlike now, of course. Something to holding your mouth just right. No question. Keep the vids coming... maybe I could claim you as a medicare expense in some way as you are maintaining my sanity with vids like this!!

Your channel is such an inspiration! I love older motorcycles, as a new rider though I went with a newer bike to learn skills and get practice and not have something I would need to work on (fingers crossed). My dad gave me his dad's '75 Kawasaki 100 dirt bike last summer. I bought the shop manual and look forward to working on it this spring. I keep checking out Craigslist, looking at the old bikes listed there, lol, I think bikes are like tator chips, can't have just one!
