You can always use a Symbolic Links (symlink) on windows, so you don't need to have copies of the same models on your hard drive. It's basically an advanced shortcut to the file or folder

Going through all these hoops, I think this program has a ways to go, this should do it automatically without having to go through your roots and linking it through paths.

In regards to copying the models as mentioned at @1:50, you can use the mklink command within CMD to point it to a different directory so you don't need to create redundant model files

An easy ui for AnimateDiff where you first have to finish a super complicated setup? Hmmm. It might look promising, but i couldn't get it to work. I think i'll check back when this part is also easy ^^

1:17 ...ok where in the world did it install to though? My A1111 is on an external drive and now I have to install it in documents... but I don't see where it installed itself. It's not in documents

Hi Olivio! Quick question. I just followed your tutorial and after I'm finished I notice that when I launch DiffEx I don't get the DOS server box. The app opens like yours but that's it. What am I missing? Thanx! :)

does it really need to be in Documents folder? my C drive is full.. can I install it in my other HDD's?
