But the strings you put in the video are for ubuntu, what are the strings for windows? Furthermore, I cannot add any string because after the error occurs, as soon as I click on the cmd to write it closes and does not allow me to insert any string

Nice, but still a bit complex for lay person like me.
If you are using windows, its not even needed to use cmd or any prompt, just go to stable difusion directory/file > delete "venv" file > then double click "webui-user". This will reinstall the venv file and make the right directory for venv and then initiate the stable diffusion.

But mine is having the same issue :(

I'm having the issue

AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'lowvram'

It's still no working even though I've updated the below in webui-user.bat

set COMMANDLINE_ARGS= --xformers --lowvram

any ideas how to fix?

Stopped working for my gpu with 1.7.0 web ui version -_-
Tried many options but maybe I'll need to complete wipe off all python/rocm things and install with fresh...
Return to 1.6.0 didn't solve problem either, looks like it really means complete reinstall all dependencies for me
