Except you haven't seen the final Natal yet (we'll se it at E3 next month), we've only seen the prototype so far (including the video here). Natal will be significantly cheaper than PSMove (a factor which led to the Wii's success), therefore if it works well, then I doubt it will be a failure, especially since it has captured the public imagination more than PSMove. Yes PSMove is excellent, but it's premature to declare a winner at this stage.
