If their is one thing I've learn when I was a manager, People do not work for me, they do not work for a company, they do not work for anyone, they work to put food on the table, they work to pay rent or the mortgage, utilities, schools, Doctor visits and so on, people work for themselves and once we all understand this concept we would be a lot better off IMHO.
