Punishment Suggestion: "Generous Teammate" - When cheater has > $5000, weapons and nades that are bought automatically drop the moment they buy them.

Punishment suggestion: "WhatWeapon?"
When the round ends there's a 50% chance for the cheater to drop his weapon. (It has to be exactly on the last ms so he wouldnt noitice)

If you ever make one of these again, a punishment that flips the directional sound of the game (so shots from the right come from the left, back from the front, etc.) would be pretty funny

How about "Psychological warfare":
Randomly, when the cheater zooms with his weapon after 1-3 seconds he will hear footsteps behind him or a knife stab sound, as if he gets hit by a knife...
This should make him unzoom and go nuts, not knowing if someone is behind him or not and if he gets stabbed or not.
And randomly when he unzooms or turns around, he will drop his weapon.
This is more subtle and less of a direct punishment but it will do more damage to them in the long run.
If they start believing this is a bug, they can be killed easily by knife at some point. They never hear it coming...

A suggestion: whenever the trigger is being pressed, any mouse movement is reversed. Call it, Stormtrooper. Could be pretty subtle.

Suggestion: When aiming, the sensitivity will randomly change just to make aiming annoying. Also, I think not all cheats should be used at once. I think that some should be enabled and then later disabled, just to confuse the cheater even more.

Whenever a cheater with double scoped an AWP or SSG and tries to move somewhere, make their screen shake like they're moving but make them not move

When a cheater is in a 1v1 situation and try to shoot their gun it plays the animation and sound but does not actually shoot so their teammates just watch them walk around and stare at the enemy till they die

honestly the fact that you can script crazy stuff like this into the game without triggering any kind of anticheat is a testament to why CSGO has such an annoying cheater issue.

Suggestion: Nervous Reloading
Whenever the cheater is looking at (or near) an enemy they will reload their gun whenever the clip is not full. There could be a slight time delay, and/or an element of randomness, such that they can fire about 3 M4 rounds and then are forced to reload, and perhaps this only occurs 65% of the time.

Punishment: "Knife to meet you" When the cheater switches weapons, there is a 1 in 3 chance to switch to the knife instead

Punishment suggestions
Title: Many Guns are Better
When their cash reaches 3k and above. The cheater will automatically drop his/her current weapon in the last second of the round then they will automatically purchase dualies and drop it as many as possible in the buying phase of next round.
For example, round 5, a CT have a 2900 cash then kill with an M4, so he will gain 300 more having 3200 cash, before the round ends (with 0.5 seconds time remaining and no time to pick it up) the cheater will automatically drop all his weapons and utilities then for the start of round 6, he will automatically purchase dualies and drop it as fast and as many as possible.
