This video is honestly fantastic. Tells you basically everything you wanna know without any fluff or unnecessary technical speak. The info about various brands' strengths and weaknesses is extremely helpful. I'm leaning towards a Sony camera now.

Thanks for all the useful info that you bring to us. I’ll look into the free training video and I’ll let you know. I’m just starting with a low budget and trying to decide which way to go and you are being very helpful.

Very concise! Great presentation! If I ever wanted to show my friends an introductory beginner video, this would absolutely be the video. Good work!

I was looking for a camera and lens combo that I can use to make miniatures look big (so 12mm and deep focus), and also still be able to use the camera for general YouTube recording.

What do you recommend that's a low price?

First camera I bought was a Canon EOS M50 Mark 1.
Feels great, and of course i had to buy a Sigma 16mm lens for it.
So far it does the job so I'll keep it till it dies.

Great video, however, one advantage with DSLR, is faster autofocus on some of the lower priced models. Well, at least that's the case here in Norway, as many of the cheap mirrorless cameras on sale, are older models, before they improved on the autofocus technology. The difference is even bigger if you compare some of the older point-and-shoot cameras, with a DSLR from the same time periode tho. So, especially if you're main priority is photo, and not video, and you're on a small budget, I'd say DSLR still can be a good/better choice :)

This video was super informative! Best I’ve seen so far 💃🏽you’ve got a new subscriber ..
Regarding video and photo cameras that shoot well in low light and good for documentaries I’m still contemplating between a canon EOSR and a Sony A7s III
I’m not too sure of which to pick ..

Excellent review. It is packed full of information that an average person can understand. I would be thrilled if I could see a Nikon z fc review from you as I'm considering getting that camera, however I don't really know the pros and cons.

Thank you for the best Camera information ever...I'm a Musical Artist and I'm looking to buy an affordable camera that can allow me to shoot my music videos and possibly some vlogs and pictures...I don't have a big budget but I want something that can bring me good quality and also make some money on the side with it...I'll be definitely joining your classes after I get the right camera...

Great informative video! I do have a question regarding camera recommendation. I have a dslr but am looking for something lighter for a vacation. I love travel photography and would consider myself intermediate. My photos are usually printed off in book or 8x10 format. I have gotten great shots (sometimes by pure luck) with my dslr and even my iphone. Looking to add a good mirrorless option for travel photography (which covers all bases I think; landscape, low light, portrait etc) for an amateur/intermediate hobby photographer-any suggestions? Thanks!

Nice review with some great thoughts, however, for the casual user (me) micro four thirds cameras are fine...the reviews for the gh6 are spectacular.
Keep up the great work 👍

I am looking for a decent camera to make Youtube videos that are aimed at a combination of product reviews, unboxings, interviews and game reports. The two alternatives seem to be the Canon M50 Mkii and the Sony ZV-E10. Of these I am leaning towards the Sony.

Great video. I have a sony a6000 and 70-200mm 2.8 g and sigma 60mm 2.8. I really want to shoot weddings with it but I don't know if it will be okay or not. Any thoughts. (Tight budget by the way)

Ok here is my question I want a budget camera hopefully mirrorless that I want to use at least 75% of the time in monochrome And I don"t want to break the bank even if I find a good used model with relatively low shutter count what do you suggest?

What do you think is best mirrorless camera under $1000? And is 10 bit really needed or make much of difference than 8 bit? Like if I buy an 8 bit camera, will end up probably wanting to upgrade to a 10 bit later on?

Great video! But how would you recommend finding a compatible lense? Or are they all compatible with all cameras?

Love your videos! I learn more than I can process. Going to purchase my first camera. Was all set to buy the Canon T7 series on your recommendation. Not the latest model, but still more than a simpleton like me needs. But then, you mentioned action photos might not be as good as I'd like for shooting children's sports. I'd be happy to trade 4k vid for standard hd in videos if I could get more frames per second on photos.
What Canon camera for a newbie within a couple of hundred bucks of the T7 series do you recommend for shooting sports of my kids like swimming and cross country. Thanks!
