Man shot at NYC West Indian Day parade speaks out

A 64-year-old native of Trinidad and Tobago and his sister-in-law were among the five victims shot at the West Indian American Day parade in Brooklyn on Monday.

When I lived in Brooklyn, we used to attend the parade, but one attendance found us ducking from bullets. My family never went to another parade on Eastern Parkway.

I think that they should shut down the west Indian day parade. There are too much bad minded people at that parade, the West Indian parade is the only parade where people getting shot and killed like that in NYC
