Made out like a bandit in year 1, no shame in bailing after they altered the terms of the agreement. Frees up a credit card slot for Amex to incentivize you to try another one of their cards. 😉

It was probably a good idea to close the Amex Hilton Business after the annual fee increased. Do you have the Hilton Surpass or do you intend to get it? It is worth consideration given the elevated SUB until the beginning of January, spend to an uncapped free night reward, Gold status, and $200 in credits.
