Gain Hands-on Experience in Skills Lab

Nursing skills labs at Roseman University provide ABSN students with the opportunity to put nursing theory into practice in a controlled, realistic hospital setting. Under the supervision of experienced faculty, students will administer fundamental nursing skills on full-body medical manikins and diverse clinical task trainers. Skills lab introduces students to a collection of nursing interventions, including how to:

• Handle supplies
• Insert an IV
• Insert a catheter
• Give a bed bath
• Monitor blood pressure
