May Allah protect you sir. Thank you very much.

With the ion tests, I was told that adding HCl for carbonates would produce a false positive for chlorides as you have added one of the things you want to test for. This is also true for adding Barium chloride when testing for sulfates. Just for future please correct this.

if you were to add barium chloride for the sulfate test wouldn't this effect the halide test? could barium nitrate be used instead?

Hey sir, you mentioned that the aqueous layer after adding chlorine will undergo a colour change but won't the chloride layer remain colourless even after adding the organic solvent

would there really be a question discussing the ethical issues of chlorinating water?

I need help! For me, finding the anion part of a compound when you have information about the color of precipitate amd aqueous solution is very hard and I don't know where to find information. Thank you for the video, I would appreciate if someone tells me about even more tips and theory or videos.

Won't the reactivity increase down group 7 like it does with group 2 as the atomic radius increases so it's easier to lose an electron? Btw love these videos they are of great help will spread the word!
