Just got fitted with the 2021 0211 Driver and 5 wood. Played my 1st round with them. I hit the longest drive I have ever hit and I turn 60 in 2 weeks. The 5 wood was easy to hit and was amazing..replaces my 3 wood. After hitting the 5 wood I might order the 7 wood as well. Thanks for the Video!

I liked the style of this vid Andy, it was like I was playing with you and listening to 2 mates having a chat (which it was but you know what I mean !). Made for a really good vid, felt very real and honest. Course looked great too, not played Chester but looks nice and tight. A bit like Chester !

Great video. Great interaction between both of you. Chester Golf Club looks nice. Some good discussion points to have with Lewis when I have my club fitting with him in a few weeks time to replace my clubs that are two years older than he is!!!

TAG unless you guys did something in post production with the sound of the strike, those are the best sounding clubs I've heard in a long time. Plus the way you two are talking about them, might look into them. Good video post.

I've had a 5, 7 and 9 in the bag for years. Not the ones you guys have but made by a guy in Chicago . The give me more confidence than looking down on an iron

Taylormade V steel 5, 7 and 9 wood. On Ebay for £30 a club. Bought the 9 wood and I'd bet a pound to a pinch of snuff the difference in performance is negligible.

So overlooked this area of the bag for the average club golfer. I am just waiting on delivery on the Ping G425 5 wood and 7 wood after a fit. Never have I hit clubs before that launch so easy from the deck and carry in that 180-200 range. Will be a complete game changer for me when they go in the bag. G425 5 hybrid to back them up too replacing my 5 iron.

I have used a 5 wood at times, but lately have gone more to my hybrids, a 2 and 4 (12 year old Callaways). The 2 easily handles 220, the 4 hybrid a solid 200. I hit them straight and clean usually with good aim. Now I could get 240 from my 5 wood but not consistantly, tend to slice it more, harder to hit clean.

Was at a driving range in Blantyre Scotland today the pxg rep was there I was buying a golfing top. Speaking to one of the staff about pxg clubs he told me they had 105 enquiries for fitting for pxg clubs That’s not a misprint

You're right Andy - my hybrid is 21º and perhaps a 20º wood would be more useful. Sorry it's taken so long for the penny to drop.... Will consult Lew as soon as possible.
