Earlier this year it snowed more than it had in almost a decade, and I had just moved into a new apartment. The apartment was very old old, the walls were very thin, and the heat didn't work right. I froze my ass off every night for two weeks. Right around that time I started listening to Molchat Doma and I instantly fell in love with this song when it came on while snow was gently falling outside one Sunday morning. It tonally fit everything that going on at that moment, perfectly.
