Kerala's first Vande Bharath Express trial run from Trivandrum to Kannur passing through Mahe railway station on 17th April 2023.

The Vande Bharat Express, formerly known as Train 18,is an electric multiple-unit train operated by Indian Railways. The train achieved a max speed of 183 km/h (114 mph) during testing.
