I love this type of teaching! I believe the church should be like the most elite college/university. We should be required to come with paper & pen. When you leave church, you should feel like you've been in class vs entertained. I've been in church all of my life & and didn't get the deepness that i needed.
I remember at 17 calling a well-known local pastor and asking him why in Genesis does it say God created the heavens & why is heaven plural? He said, "You're making too much of it. Just stick to the 10 commandments, and you will be fine." That never set right with me.
If we don't know the answer, there is honor in just saying so! ~SSS
