KISS Cooking. Today Lori smokes a corned beef brisket brined with a mixture of pickling spice, crushed bay leaves, mustard seed, red pepper flakes and coriander seeds. We place it on the BBQ at 200 degrees F and roast until the internal temperature is 200 degrees. To add extra flavour we made a tin foil smoker bag and smoke the meat for about an hour. Part 1.
