Underrated Cities: Baltimore (pt 1)

Baltimore has never had a great reputation. It’s not really talked about as a tourist destination, especially with DC an hour away, Philly 2 hours and more close by. My sister in law ended up spending a year there and although we poked fun at her and said it was going to be like the show The Wire, she loved it and so did we when we visited!
