My Toyota Tacoma had very rusted rims so I decided to paint them all black

My son's say I don't need this done! They don't get it, that I WANT it done. I am a little nervous about

I got the same rims, they also had rust when i got em. Done close to the same process but in chome paint but after a year or so they looked just as bad as before, so now ima redo em in black like this. Good vid, thanks.

I did the exact some process but unfortunately got a ton of orange peel. Oh well they still look better than being rusty

Did you just paint over the wheel weights? I want to do my wheels but I don’t want to just paint over the weights as I will be getting new tires soon

I would have taken the rims and had them sand blasted before I bought the tires.

Just so you know. It’s not that the tape won’t stick to the tire rubber. It won’t stick to tire shine. Makes sense now right?

u should of painted your lug nuts also or chrome sprayed them
